Before You order mass production, 1-3 pcs of samples will be offered for your reference. Each sample will be tested strictly in order to compliant with the quality of mass products.

When samples are finished, we will send it out together with an approval, if you accept the sample and its quality, you could send the first page of the approval back to us, then we will start producing the mass products according to the sample exactly.

After the cargo was collected, if you find out any defective items, you could send it back to us, our QC engineer will find out a resolution to fix it and return it to you, or we will add the exact number of defective items on your next order.
